isn't frozen bad?
frozen isn't bad, shrimp have an incredibly short life-span when fresh. most shrimp on the market goes through multiple freezing cycles, but ours is frozen once, in the water, to preserve their natural flavors.
why are they so small?
the larger the shrimp, the more tough it is. we want to provide our customers with delectable shrimp with the perfect texture.
why are the heads still on them?
head-on shrimp retain their natural moisture better, resulting in superior flavor and texture.
